Born in 1983, graduated from Guangzhou Maritime University with a major in Mechanical Management. Served as a Chief Engineer on ocean-going vessels and holds an intermediate professional title. Member of the Communist Party of China.
He has worked for well-known international shipping companies such as SINGAPORE VANGUARD, CCL, GENMANY STELLA MARINE, AMP (SHANGHAI), serving as both Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering. He has in-depth knowledge and extensive practical experience in maintaining, overhauling and repairing various types of shipboard mechanical equipment, familiar with ship power systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, etc., and capable of judging and handling emergency situations and complex malfunctions. Maintains a rigorous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility to ensure safe navigation of the vessel. Good at communicating and collaborating with crew members, possesses strong organizational coordination skills and team spirit.
