He is adept at managing crews, knowing how to inspire their potential, enhance team cohesion, and execution. By introducing advanced management concepts and training methods, he has further improved the professional quality and safety awareness of the crew, making him a key leader in the company's crew management team. Captain Jesson adheres to the management philosophy of "people-oriented and safety first".
